Who is the Compassion Collective For?

  • High-achieving professional women, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want their work to have an impact beyond their bank accounts.

  • Purpose-driven and exhausted, this program is for women whose ambitions include a desire to give back, to do good, and be impactful. Whether that is on a global scale or within their immediate circle of family or friends, purpose is always part of the equation.

  • You're ready to go beyond basic self-care to cultivate compassion and connection that supports your ability to bring your whole self to every part of life. A commitment to therapy, coaching, and other methods of personal growth is key for the women of the Compassion Collective.

  • Women with meaningful relationships and a nagging feeling that they need (deserve) more. More understanding, more camaraderie, more compassion, and more space to be the one who gets support.

Why Focus on High-Achieving Women of Color?

Because high-achieving women of color, particularly Black women, often feel pressured to have all the answers and take care of everyone but themselves without any consideration for the weight of that expectation.

The very things that may make others assume your life is easy are also the things that create unique challenges to your well-being and ability to fully embrace joy. It is not easy to lead, create, innovate, and build as a woman - especially not as a woman of color.

This program is designed to create a space that serves the women who are serving others. To offer a community that understands the work you've done to get where you are, and what it takes to truly care for yourself now that you're here.

A place of gentle care and compassionate accountability. A place where it feels safe to explore the ways that race, culture, and gender biases often make us feel angry, exhausted, and diminished.

A place where you can rest, relax, and be restored.

I am Not a Woman of Color, Can I Attend?

Yes, although open to all women, this will be a space that centers the experiences of Black women in particular. As such, all participants will need to commit to the group guidelines as part of our work to maintain a space that is emotionally safe, engaging, and inclusive.
